1. HVAC Estimator & Project Engineer (Mechanical Engineering Draftsperson)

Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 per annum

Full-time position

DUTIES

- Provide any necessary support and assistance to the Director, Project Manager/s & estimating team as required;
- Assist in preparing tenders which from time to time involve estimating for design and construct projects and preparing tender documents.
- Conduct research and collate data and write reports according to specifications.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and suppliers.
- Read, interpret and follow project documentation including, but not limited to drawings and specifications
- Ensure accurate preparation and implementation of all relevant tasks are carried out in accordance with both company and external contract document specifications, drawings, legislation and regulations.
- Develops and implements various operations through proper coordination and control of planning, design, estimating, contracting and construction in the entire process
- Develop full scale project plans, as built drawings, coordination drawings, shop drawings and construction schedules.
- Interprets drawings and specifications from consultants, review & identify issues arising / sufficiency of information & resolve accordingly
- Actively consult with engineers and other technical team members to ensure that design intentions are achieved.
- Review, develop and present design proposals to clients as required.
- Responsible for tenders and contract bids, negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Read and maintain an understanding of all associated codes and standards.
- Collaborating with consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and address any issues or conflicts.
- Assist Management teams with site visits/meetings, ensuring compliance with industry standards, building codes and project specifications.
- Laise with project stakeholders as required to ensure project delivery.
- Maintain document control procedures.
- Perform other duties as directed.
- Undertake required training as required to achieve best possible outcome.

Skills and experience required

- Attention to detail
- Experience in identifying scope of works and associated costs in HVAC installations
- Clear verbal and written communication

2. Service Co-ordinator / Administrator (General clerk)

Salary: $68,000 to $85,000 per annum

Full time position

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure that all phone calls and emails to the service centre are answered expeditiously
2. Ensure that all technicians have productive work. Coordinate RDO’s, AL, PL as required
3. Despatch and co-ordinate technicians to complete works. Work includes reactive, quoted and maintenance works
4. Liaise with Customers and Airmaster Account Managers to provide updates on works in progress
5.



Liaise with technicians to reduce work in progress and ensure completion on works meets agreed KPI’s
6. Apply and support Airmaster and Customer Quality and Occupational Health and Safety initiatives
7. Generate client reports and internal reporting as required, to keep all parties informed of progress
8. Raise service jobs, purchase orders and follow up with suppliers as required
9. Assist with service centre and reception telephone support as required
10. Obtain and enter technician/apprentice times each week
11. Ensure technician reports and documentation are completed and compliant
12. To abide by Airmaster’s Waste Management Policy and promote environmentally friendly practices
13. Other duties as may be reasonably assigned by Airmaster Management.

3. Accounts clerk

Salary: $68,000 to $85,000 per annum

Full-time position

Duties:

Administration Duties

1. General admin and office duties
2. Maintain registers as required
3. Accept and record stock deliveries
4. Process and follow up Warranty Claims
5. Provide administrative support and back up for other Admin staff

Accounts Receivable and Payable

1. Assist bookkeeper in Accounts Receivable
2. Assist bookkeeper in Account Payable
3. Follow up on accounts collections
4. Prepare end of month reports
5. General Accounts Duties such as account reconciliation, record invoices, receipts and payments.
6. Raise and Reconcile Purchase Orders
7. Undertake any other duties as required

Skills and experience required

1. Experience in managing and maintaining accounts for businesses
2. Experience in construction preferrable
3. Proficiency with accounting software
4. Attention to detail
5. Clear verbal and written communication
6. Computer basics

4. Office manager

Salary: $70,000 to 100,000 per annum

Full-time position

DUTIES

Administration

1. Manage day to day office operations
2. Responsible for facility management including maintenance, repairs and admin support for the premises
3. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
4. Manage office budgets and expenses, tracking spending and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
5. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
6. Ensure continuous improvement of office administration systems
7. Provide administrative support to executives and project managers as needed.
8. Ensure IT network is working at optimal level
9. Relief other admin position including reception,



service coordinator and contract coordinator.

Accounts

1. Basic accounting duties (training will be provided)
2. Handle the invoicing process, issue invoices to clients, and diligently follow up on payments to ensure timely receivables
3. Generate necessary reports to Financial Controller for business decision making purposes

HR

1. Assist with HR-related tasks as required such as hiring, training and supervision
2. Ensuring documentation are maintained in an organised and up-to-date manner for ease of retrieving
3. Work with different department to ensure teams are working efficiently
4. Assist with timesheet processing as required
5. Handle employee enquiries & grievances as well as disciplinary matters
6. To Plan and Coordinate Team Building Programme
7. Monitor performance of staff
8. Any other duties delegated by management

Skills and experience required

1. Proven experience in supervisory and office management roles. Previous experience in coordinating office operations.
2. Proven ability to supervise, coordinate and support staff effectively
3. Strong organisational and time-management skills
4. Clear verbal and written communication
5. Computer basics, Word processing and spreadsheet applications
6. Well-developed interpersonal skills
7. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
8. Attention to detail

5. Trade assistant

Salary: $68,000 to $85,000 per annum

Full-time position

Duties:

1. Assist with maintaining a clean and tidy workshop and worksite;
2. Transport tools, materials and equipment to and from sites;
3. Perform assembly and dismantling tasks, such as screwing or bolting;
4. Read, interpret and follow drawings;
5. Purchase of good as per directed or as per job requirements;
6. Operate all mobile plant and lifting equipment as and when requested (subject to licensing requirements);
7. Work safely and follow all safety instructions not limited to information contained in your induction or site induction;
8. Assist tradesmen in carrying out works as directed;
9. Manufacture of air-conditioning duct-ware;
10. Undertake any other reasonable associated duties as directed by your Supervisor or Management considering your skills and abilities;
11. Completes all required paper work, time sheets and JSA/SWMS as required;
12. Prepare and complete all paperwork & documentation as required by Manager or other administration staff in a timely manner;
13. Manage Work Health & Safety (WHS) and environmental hazards in the workplace and off site when required;
14. Maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients, sub-contractors and suppliers.

Skills and experience required

1. Ability to read and follow technical/engineering drawings and specifications
2. Working knowledge of construction/workshop materials and equipment
3. Ability to work safely and follow all safety instructions
