We are seeking a skilled and motivated Cook to join Territory True Pty Ltd. The ideal candidate is a reliable team player with a robust passion for food, demonstrated food preparation and cooking skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.

This role requires a hands-on approach, the ability to work collaboratively with café and kitchen staff, and a focus on preparing and cooking consistent, high-quality meals while maintaining appropriate standards of food presentation, hygiene and safe food handling.

Your role will include, but is not limited to:

- Prepare, season, cook and serve high-quality meals according to café standards.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation and portion control.
- Prepare ingredients and undertake food preparation for daily café service.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.




- Work collaboratively with café and kitchen staff during service.
- Support participants to develop practical workplace and hospitality skills.
- Maintain kitchen and café cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor food and supply stock levels and notify management when replenishment is required.
- Assist with maintaining efficient kitchen operations during busy periods.
- Support problem-solving and effective workflow within the kitchen.

Applicants must have:
- Relevant trade qualification AQF Certificate IV with at least one year of relevant experience. Alternatively, at least three years of full-time relevant experience in lieu of a formal qualification.
- Sound food safety and hygiene practices.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage time during busy periods.
- Ability to work effectively with other team members.

A salary of $70,000 - $80,000 will be offered to the successful candidate
