Job Description

We're seeking experienced Village Managers (Permanent Full Time / Relief Full Time) to join our dedicated Operations teams across our remote Villages based in Western Australia.

In this hands-on leadership role, you will oversee the daily operations of the village to ensure a consistently high standard of service delivery, presentation, and guest satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading, organising, and supervising village operations team members across all departments
- Managing rosters and coordinating daily workloads to ensure adequate coverage and productive operations
- Conducting daily audits and inspections to maintain quality and compliance standards across the village
- Completing administrative tasks, reporting requirements, and budget/cost control duties
- Building strong working relationships with client representatives, internal departments, and guests
- Ensuring compliance with Sodexo's health, safety, and operational standards across the village
- Managing stock control, procurement, and supplier coordination to support smooth village operations
- Handling guest and client feedback promptly and professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels
