Job Description

Sibanye-Stillwater Australia invites an experienced HR Advisor to Mt Lyell Project to provide practical, people-focused HR support across a complex mining operation. This residential role includes accommodation and close partnership with site leaders and the regional HR team.

You will drive onboarding/off-boarding quality, manage performance plans, and support talent management, HR systems, and remuneration programs across the site in a regulated, quick-paced environment.
