At Rip Curl, we're searching for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Specialist to help keep our global retail business connected, aligned and moving forward.
Working closely with the GM Retail, you'll play a key role in coordinating priorities across the retail network. From managing the retail operating calendar and supporting business communications, to maintaining operational content and helping drive continuous improvement initiatives, you'll be the person who helps bring clarity to complexity.
You'll collaborate with teams across Retail, Marketing, Supply Chain, VM and People & Culture, ensuring stores receive clear, timely and relevant information that helps them focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
What you'll be doing
Coordinating the retail operating calendar and business rhythms
Supporting retail communications and operational content
Maintaining SOPs and operational resources
Tracking priorities, actions and key business initiatives
Preparing reports, presentations and business updates
Gathering feedback from stores and helping improve ways of working
Providing coordination and administrative support to the GM Retail and broader retail team
What you'll bring
Experience in retail operations, central operations or a similar support role
Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confidence working across multiple stakeholders and functions
A continuous improvement mindset and passion for simplifying processes
Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems
A solid understanding of retail operations and store environments
