We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join our Infrastructure Delivery Team on a full-time, permanent basis.
Supporting campuses across the region, this role is responsible for coordinating and delivering minor capital works and facilities projects from planning through to completion. Working closely with campus leaders, contractors and the broader Buildings Team, you'll help ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

As a Project Coordinator, you will:

Coordinate the delivery of minor capital works and facilities projects.
Prepare project scopes, cost estimates and delivery plans.
Manage project procurement, contractor engagement and contract administration.
Monitor project budgets, costs and timelines.
Support contractor compliance, site safety and project quality standards.
Coordinate project documentation, reporting and project close-out activities.
Build strong relationships with campuses, contractors and key stakeholders.
Support the successful delivery of regional infrastructure and facilities programs.

About You
You are a highly organised and proactive project qualified who enjoys coordinating projects, managing stakeholders and delivering quality outcomes.
You will bring:

Experience delivering or administering construction, facilities or capital works projects.
Strong contract administration and procurement experience.
The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
Sound financial administration and budget tracking skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management capability.
A practical approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
Experience working with contractors, compliance requirements and site safety processes.
Qualifications in construction, building, project management or a related field, or equivalent experience.
