About the role:
This is a hands-on content role with genuine ownership. You’ll create and localise content for your own jurisdiction(s) within BGL’s global footprint, from social and email through to landing pages, keeping our campaigns and always-on channels moving. You'll be the go-to for what lands in your market.

What you’ll be doing:

- Collaborate with Content Specialist and Senior Content Specialist, action feedback keeping a process improvement approach on at all times

- Maintain content calendar and delivery status for the assigned jurisdiction(s) in the team's tracking system
- Flag localisation gaps, market-specific risks and compliance concerns to the Team Leader, and demonstrate a solutions oriented approach
- Build working knowledge of BGL's product suite (CAS, Simple Fund, Straightforward Invest, Firm Verify) as it applies to the assigned jurisdiction(s)
- Outline any content risks before publishing your assigned jurisdiction(s) demonstrating sound knowledge of your market
- Write and produce lighter-format content for the assigned jurisdiction(s), including social copy, email content, and minor landing page updates
- Creating high volume email marketing content for the assigned jurisdiction(s),



including list segmentation and nurture sequences
- Apply SEO best practice to localised and original content for the assigned jurisdiction(s).
- Build, schedule and manage organic social media content for the assigned jurisdiction(s), including caption writing, content planning and proofing
- Collaborate with Design team on assets needed for social and campaign content for the assigned jurisdiction(s)

What we’re looking for:

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing / Communication or related areas.
- 2+ years in a content, marketing or communications role, ideally in B2B.
- Demonstrated experience writing for multiple formats and channels, including web, email and social
- Experience working to a brief and to brand guidelines, with tight turnaround times
- Strong written English, with excellent grammar, spelling and editing ability
- Working knowledge of email marketing platforms, including build, send and list segmentation
- Experience scheduling and managing organic social content across platforms such as Meta and LinkedIn
- Working knowledge of SEO best practice for web and content
- Familiarity with WordPress or an equivalent CMS
- Strong organisation and time management, able to run multiple deliverables at once and maintain high quality standards
- Immaculate attention to detail, particularly around brand consistency and compliance accuracy
