Love nightlife? We’re looking for confident, high-energy people to join the teams across Bedroom Lounge Bar, Havana R&B; Nightclub and TEMPO in Surfers Paradise.

From packed dance floors and late-night cocktails to VIP experiences and some of the Gold Coast’s biggest nights out, our venues are all about energy, atmosphere and delivering memorable guest experiences.

Available Roles

We’re currently hiring for:

- Bartenders
- Bottle Service Staff
- Receptionists
- Glassies / Barbacks
- VIP Hosts / Promo

The Individual

We’re looking for people who bring personality, confidence and energy to every shift. Whether you’re behind the bar, looking after VIP guests, welcoming people through the doors or keeping things moving on a busy Saturday night, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced nightlife setting.

The Requirements:

- Confident, social and outgoing
- Passionate about hospitality and nightlife
- Professional in presentation and communication
- Reliable, energetic and a team player
- Comfortable working in a busy, late-night environment




- Available Friday and Saturday nights (including some mid-week)
- Hold a current QLD RSA, or are willing to obtain one before commencing
- Stronge verbal skills a must
