We are looking for a driven and passionate chef that's ready for their next challenge, joining a tight knit kitchen and restaurant team.
Experience and learn an emerging dynamic cuisine that's full of flavour and technique whilst enjoying a outstanding 'work-life' balance with a 4-day working week.
The successful candidate should:
- have a positive 'can-do' attitude
- be able to work independently as well as be a team player
- have working experience in their applied position (at least 6 months for a commis, at least 1 year for a chef de partie)
- have an interest in learning a new cuisine
- have Australian working rights
