You'll drive membership growth, renewals and guest engagement through exciting campaigns, member experiences and data-driven insights that keep guests coming back for more adventure.

What You'll Do

- Grow membership and annual pass sales

- Drive renewals, retention and member engagement

- Create exciting campaigns, offers and member communications

- Deliver exclusive member events and experiences

- Analyse guest behaviour and identify growth opportunities

- Manage loyalty reporting, CRM data and member insights

- Work closely with Marketing and Guest Services to enhance the member experience





- Source potential partners for membership offers

About You

- Experience in memberships, loyalty, CRM, guest services or marketing

- Passionate about creating exceptional customer experiences

- Robust communication and relationship-building skills

- Organised, proactive and commercially minded

- Comfortable using data to drive results
