We’ve got the rocks covered but we’re looking for one more incredible person to join our Corporate Technical Services Team as a Graduate Geotechnical Engineer under our Graduate offering.

The Nitty Gritty

Reporting to the Principal Geotechnical Engineer the successful applicant will contribute to business outcomes today while building the capability needed to support the organisations and industries future workforce needs.

To be eligible for this program you:

- Are recently graduated or completing your final year of study before 2027
- Hold a C Class Manual unrestricted drivers' licence
- Are curious, enthusiastic and innovative
- Have full Australian working rights
- Want real life, on the job, practical experience
- Are able to work remotely on an 8:6 roster for rotations of 12 months att Cracow and another 12 months at Tritton.

The Company

Brisbane Corporate Office

Our Brisbane corporate office is the central hub supporting Aeris’ operating sites, development projects and care and maintenance teams across Australia. From here, our technical specialists, sustainability professionals, geology and exploration teams, and finance and people experts partner with our site teams to drive safe, efficient and productive performance.

Alongside day‑to‑day operational support,



the Brisbane office provides strategic oversight and guidance - shaping plans, setting priorities and aligning operational delivery with Aeris’ broader business goals. This ensures our sites have what they need to operate safely and effectively today, while positioning the company for future growth and opportunity.

Secondments

Cracow Gold Operations

Cracow Gold Operations is an established underground gold mine located near the towns of Cracow and

Theodore in central Queensland. Cracow has multiple ore bodies accessed by a single decline

to the surface and mined via open stoping through a modified Avoca mining sequence

Tritton Operations

Tritton Copper Operations is a long-life copper mine located near the towns of Nyngan and Cobar in central New South Wales.

Tritton mines from multiple sources and as we look to bring more mines into production, we are are transitioning to a ‘hub-and-spoke’ model where ore is transported to our centralised mill for processing.
