We are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a leading panel manufacturing company based in Dandenong South.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on and varied manufacturing environment and doesn't want to spend their entire shift sitting on a forklift.

The Role Location: Dandenong South
Hours: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Pay Rate: $37.19 per hour
Employment: Temporary with the opportunity to transition to permanent for the right candidate
Overtime: Available when required
Weekend Work: Occasional weekend work may be required

This is not a sole forklift driving position. You will float across the production floor, warehouse and dispatch areas, supporting the wider operation and taking on different tasks throughout the day.
Your day may include forklift operations, moving materials, assisting production, machine operation and helping the team wherever required.
About You To be successful, you will need:

- Proven Counterbalance Forklift experience
- A current and valid Forklift Licence




- Previous warehouse, manufacturing or production experience
- Machine operating experience is highly preferred
- The ability to work across different areas of a busy production floor
- A strong work ethic and willingness to get hands-on
- Good communication skills
- A strong commitment to safety
- Reliable transport and a reliable attendance record
