We are currently seeking an exceptional Village Garden and Maintenance Team Member to join our team, working at Tuart Lakes Lifestyle Resort in the Baldivis area. We are a energetic company that has a passion for developing and operating land lease lifestyle communities. With over 20 villages across Australia, our vision is to provide affordable resort living in a safe community of like-minded people.

To be successful in this role you will be required to demonstrate the following:

- Previous experience, skills and knowledge in grounds, garden and facilities maintenance (desirable)

- Exceptional organisational skills

- Friendly, respectful and explicit communication with homeowners, team members and managers

- A highly motivated self-starter who works effectively and collaboratively with other team members and management

- Previous maintenance experience in a lifestyle village/caravan park/retirement village will be highly regarded

- Reliable and punctual, ready to show up consistently for your fellow teammates

- Ability to complete tasks effectively,



efficiently and have the initiative to proactively identify maintenance needs

- Report risks and hazards in the workplace to ensure a safe environment and culture

Essential Role Requirements:

- Current driver's licence

- The successful candidate will be required to undergo a National Police Check Clearance as a condition of employment

Desirable

- Tertiary qualifications in Horticulture (Cert II or III), or Land Care equivalent, would be advantageous
