To be successful you must have the following:
- Previous experience as a Structures Foreman on large-scale commercial or multi-residential projects
- Strong understanding of structural construction, sequencing and subcontractor coordination
- Experience managing concrete, formwork, reinforcement and structural trades
- Ideally, exposure to façade and scaffold drop
- Solid ability to programme and coordinate works on site
- Excellent communication and subcontractor management skills
- A strong focus on safety, quality and programme
- The ability to take ownership of your section of the project and drive delivery
Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the structural works on a major multi-residential development, coordinating trades, subcontractors and site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and to program. Initially you will lead the scaff drop and Facade on an ongoing project then you will transition onto another major development, providing consistent work and the opportunity to continue developing your experience across large-scale multi-residential construction.
