THE TEAM

We're a front-facing sales company — everything we do happens on the floor, face to face with our customers. We're looking for a confident, sales-driven person to join our Melbourne retail team full-time, working across our stores.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a sales role, first and foremost. You don't need years of experience — but you do need genuine confidence, energy, and a real desire to sell. We're happy to train the right person and help you grow; what we can't teach is attitude. If you love talking to people, thrive on hitting targets, and want a career in retail sales rather than just a job, we want to meet you.

THE ROLE

As a full-time Sales Professional, you will:

- Sell — engage every customer, build rapport, and drive sales on the floor

- Deliver an outstanding in-store experience that keeps customers coming back

- Learn our product range inside out so you can style and advise with confidence

- Support store presentation, visual merchandising and stock

- Work across our Melbourne stores as rostered, bringing energy to every shift

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Our Sales Professionals have:

- Genuine confidence — you're comfortable approaching people and starting a conversation





- A real sales mindset — you see a target as a challenge, not a chore

- Some retail or customer-facing experience (but we're happy to train an eager learner)

- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with us

- Availability for full-time hours, including weekends and retail trading hours

THE COMPENSATION

Full-time salary of $55,000–$60,000 + Super, commensurate with experience. On top of your base, you'll get a generous staff clothing and product allowance across the MR STRAIGHTFORWARD range, and genuine opportunities to grow your career within a growing Australian menswear brand.
