This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on logistics professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across inventory management, distribution, warehousing, and third-party logistics providers. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, improving processes, and ensuring our customers receive the right products, at the right time.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Logistics Coordinator, you will:

- Oversee the efficient movement, storage, and distribution of finished goods.
- Coordinate outbound logistics operations to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage relationships with 3PL providers, carriers, suppliers, and customers.
- Monitor inventory levels, investigate discrepancies,



and maintain stock accuracy.
- Analyse logistics performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Prepare and maintain shipment, inventory, and logistics documentation.
- Support freight and logistics contract negotiations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Utilise SAP and Excel to manage inventory, reporting, and logistics data.

What You'll Bring

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a Logistics, Supply Chain, Distribution, or Inventory Management role.
- Strong experience managing finished goods, outbound logistics, and inventory control.
- Proven experience coordinating and managing third-party logistics (3PL) providers.
- Strong SAP experience with inventory and logistics modules.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a customer-focused approach.
