Jobwire Australia is currently seeking an experienced and reliable Forklift Operator / Storeperson for an ongoing position based in Park Ridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with solid forklift and warehouse experience who is happy to get involved across a range of warehouse duties. The role will primarily involve counterbalance forklift operations, with the chance to operate EPJs when the forklift is not required, along with general warehouse and manual handling duties.

There is consistent Monday to Friday work, with the potential for permanency for the right person.

Key Duties

- Operating counterbalance forklifts to load and unload trucks

- Operating an EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) when counterbalance forklift work is not required

- Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing trucks

- Operating a pallet wrapping machine

- Hand wrapping pallets

- Preparing crates for removal

- General warehouse and manual handling duties

- Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean and organised

- Assisting with other warehouse tasks as required

Requirements

- Current LF Forklift Licence – essential





- Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift

- Previous warehouse experience

- Experience operating an EPJ is highly regarded

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- Comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment

- Strong work ethic and willingness to assist with general duties when required

Hours

- 6:00AM – 2:00PM

- Monday to Friday

- Ongoing work

- Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour
