About the role

As a Retail Assistant, you will play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our recent retail flagship store.

The right candidate could be full time or part time depending on successful applicant.

Key responsibilities

- Welcoming customers and providing friendly, professional service

- Assisting customers with product selection and providing knowledgeable advice

- Operating Shopify systems, processing sales and payments

- Receiving, unpacking and organising stock

- Maintaining attractive and well-presented product displays

- Keeping the store clean, organised and customer-ready

- Assisting with stocktake and inventory management

- Processing online orders where required

- Supporting the wider team with general retail and administrative tasks

- Helping with Social Media, such as instagrams reels and promos

About you

- Has a genuine passion for customer service

- Is friendly,



approachable and confident speaking with customers

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Is reliable, organised and takes initiative

- Has a strong eye for presentation and detail

- Can work independently as well as part of a team

- Is comfortable learning new systems and processes

- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
