About the role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide respectful, person-centred support tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. You will need to be available to work across various shifts, including mornings, sleepovers, and weekends.

Key responsibilities

- Assisting with personal care and daily living activities

- Supporting clients with community access, appointments, and social activities





- Helping with meal preparation and household tasks

- Administering medications

- Providing companionship and emotional support

- Following individual care plans and documenting services accurately

- Promoting each client's independence, dignity, choice, and wellbeing

- Providing safe and reliable support across morning, sleepover, and weekend shifts

About you

- Caring, patient, respectful, and reliable

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

- Available to work mornings, sleepovers, and weekends

- Committed to providing safe, high-quality support

- A relevant qualification in individual support, disability, aged care, or community services, or willing to obtain one

- A current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance

- First Aid and CPR certification

- A valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
