We're looking for a People & Culture Advisor to join our People & Culture team in Burleigh Heads.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional looking to take the next step in their career and work towards P&C; Business Partnering. You'll gain hands-on exposure to employee relations, leadership coaching, remuneration, talent initiatives and organisational projects while working alongside an experienced People & Culture leadership team.

About the Role

As our People & Culture Advisor, you will have the opportunity to partner with leaders and employees across the full breadth of our business — from corporate and creative teams at our Burleigh Heads office, to our retail stores, distribution centre, satellite office locations and wholesale support teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to further develop your well-rounded advisory skills and build your Business Partnering capability across diverse functions in a global consumer brand environment.

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, you will:

- Support the complete employee lifecycle

- Coach and advise leaders on people matters

- Help build an exceptional employee experience





- Complete cyclical people processes and administrative tasks

- Support talent acquisition and succession planning

- Contribute to organisational projects and initiatives

About You

You are a proactive People & Culture professional who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and supporting leaders to achieve outstanding people outcomes.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

- At least 2-4 years’ experience in a HR, People & Culture, Employee Relations or people-focused role

- Working knowledge of Australian employment legislation,



Modern Awards and HR practices

- Confidence communicating with employees and leaders at all levels

- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

- Excellent attention to detail

- Sound judgment and discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality

- Experience using HRIS platforms and the Microsoft Office suite

- A proactive, collaborative approach and willingness to learn
