What you’ll do:
Join the Brisbane Santos team as a Planning and Scheduling Lead and play a pivotal role in driving maintenance excellence across our Midstream and Energy Solutions division. Reporting to the Reliability and Maintenance Manager – Gas and Liquids.
You'll oversee maintenance planning and scheduling across Santos facilities, leading a team and driving the transition from reactive to proactive maintenance. You'll champion continuous improvement, contemporary maintenance practices and strong team performance in this business-critical leadership role,
Key accountabilities include:
- Lead and develop a high-performing planning and scheduling team
- Develop and implement strategic maintenance plans aligned with business objectives
- Oversee campaign and short-term maintenance planning at Santos facilities
- Chair weekly planning/scheduling meetings and resolve conflicting priorities
- Drive continuous improvement of maintenance management systems
- Ensure compliance with SMS, EHS standards and Santos OE standards
What you’ll bring:
- Engineering degree or trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical/Instrument Engineering
- Minimum 10 years' oil and gas industry experience
- Extensive maintenance planning and modern management methodology experience
- Strong commitment to safety and incident-free operations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and facilitation skills
- CMMS knowledge and oil and gas processing equipment experience (desirable)
