Join a well-established, not-for-profit aged care provider as a Care Manager on the NSW Mid North Coast, around an hour from Port Macquarie in a gorgeous coastal community.

This is a brand-new leadership role being created as part of an exciting restructure at the home — so you'll have real input into how the clinical leadership structure evolves.

The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Home Manager, you'll lead clinical governance and quality across a 70+ bed home with a dedicated memory support unit. You'll directly manage Clinical Care Coordinators and Registered Nurses, and be the driving force behind a culture that goes beyond task-based care.

Main duties include:

- Leading clinical governance, quality improvement, and compliance with the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Providing leadership and clinical oversight to the wider clinical team, directly managing two Clinical Care Coordinators
- Coaching,



mentoring and inspiring the clinical team to deliver exceptional, person-centred care and embed continuous improvement into everyday practice

What We're Looking For

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated leadership experience within residential aged care
- Proven experience leading clinical governance, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance
- Robust understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- Ability to lead, coach and inspire clinical leaders and multidisciplinary teams
