This is a full time or part-time position based in Hornsby, where you will play a crucial part in supporting our construction team. You will be responsible for both site-based labouring duties and the operation of our vehicle to transport materials and equipment. This role is fundamental to keeping our projects moving efficiently
$38.00 to $42.00 /hr + super depending on experience
What you'll be doing
- Driving company Isuzu Tipper truck to and from residential construction sites
- Loading/unloading on various sites and tip drop off
- Ensuring waste is secured and transported safely
- Cleaning and clearing residential building sites
- Carrying out general labouring duties as required
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Following directions from supervisors and completing tasks to a high standard
- Maintaining a professional attitude and representing the company positively on site
- Keeping the vehicle clean and reporting any maintenance or safety issues
Who we're looking for
- Current valid Australian driver's licence (mandatory)
- Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour regularly, including lifting heavy items
- White Card (or the ability to obtain one)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Strong commitment to safety and safe driving
