Galleria Toyota is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department.

The Role

Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will assist customers and the dealership’s workshop by accurately identifying, supplying and managing Toyota parts and components.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and sourcing the correct parts and components

- Using catalogues and computer systems to locate parts

- Providing knowledgeable advice to customers and workshop staff

- Receiving and processing parts orders

- Preparing invoices and other relevant documentation

- Maintaining accurate stock records

- Assisting with storage and stock control procedures

- Receiving, handling and organising the dispatch of parts

- Building strong relationships with customers





- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Parts Department

About You

To be successful in this position, you will have:

- Knowledge of the automotive industry and vehicle parts

- A strong customer service focus

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Good computer skills

- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team

- A practical and technically minded approach

- A positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Previous experience in a similar position or a Certificate III in Automotive Sales – Parts Interpretation will be highly regarded.
