About the role

This role will focus on machinery sales and customer service within the Service showroom. The successful person will assist customers in selecting suitable equipment, explain product features and applications, prepare quotations and support customers through the sales process. Product knowledge across mowers, outdoor power equipment, machinery, parts and accessories would be particularly valuable.

- South West WA

- $75,000 to $85,000 depending on machinery knowledge, previous sales performance

Key responsibilities

- Assist customers in selecting suitable equipment

- Explain product features and applications

- Prepare quotations

- Support customers through the sales process

- Build relationships with residential, trade, commercial and rural customers

About you

- Previous sales or customer service experience

- Machinery, tools, automotive,



agricultural, outdoor power equipment or similar product knowledge highly regarded

- Robust communication and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable learning technical product specifications and matching equipment to customer requirements

- Practical, proactive and customer-focused personality

- Availability to commence within an agreed timeframe
