What's On Offer

- $170,000 – $180,000 base salary

- 4-day workweek – Monday to Thursday

- Long weekends every week – Friday to Sunday off

- All hours paid, including travel time

- Company vehicle, tools, uniform, and PPE supplied

- Full training provided — no crane experience required

- Additional overtime available at enhanced rates for those who want it

About the Role
You'll be performing electrical work across the full spectrum of overhead crane work — from wiring cranes during manufacturing, through upgrades, repairs, and site installs, to routine inspections, load testing, and calibration of load cells. It's hands-on,



varied work that takes you across some of the biggest sites in the Bowen Basin — CHPPs, draglines, workshops, and beyond — backed by a strong support team and a genuine path to progress your career.
