About the role

You will manage allocated projects through design, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover. The work may include clinical equipment replacements, associated building works, electrical and mechanical upgrades, ventilation, water treatment and other critical hospital infrastructure. This is a construction and capital works role. Projects will typically be within the social infrastructure sector with an opportunity to get exposure to broader sectors and grow with the business.

Key responsibilities

- Own project programmes, budgets, risks, reporting and day-to-day delivery.

- Coordinate clients, clinical users, consultants, contractors and equipment vendors.

- Drive design coordination, procurement and timely resolution of technical interfaces.

- Plan staged works and shutdowns around facility operations, with the required approvals.

- Manage changes and commercial recommendations with senior and specialist support, and drive commissioning, handover and close-out.

About you

- Approximately 5–10 years of relevant project management experience in construction, engineering, building services or capital works.





- A relevant qualification, or equivalent training and substantial practical delivery experience.

- Experience managing works in live or occupied sensitive environments, with sound technical understanding and stakeholder-management skills.

- Strong program, cost and risk management capability, clear written communication, and confidence with Excel and project scheduling tools.

- Organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking responsibility.

- Ability to coordinate technical specialists and turn their advice into explicit project actions.
