ABOUT THE ROLE

Permanent | Full-Time | Monday–Friday

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Coordinator to join our growing Industrial team in Altona North, VIC 3025. This is a permanent, full-time role working Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm.

As a newly created position, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across sales, operations, and customer service. You will support the successful management and sale of a wide range of trucks, machinery, and industrial assets, while helping to deliver a smooth and positive experience for both buyers and vendors.

This role would suit someone with strong customer service skills, excellent organisational abilities, and an interest or background in trucks, transport, machinery, construction equipment, or industrial assets.

As a Sales Coordinator, your responsibilities would include:

- Acting as the primary branch contact for enquiries & customer inspections
- Conducting quality checks on asset listings, including descriptions, photographs, condition reporting, and supporting documentation.
- Supporting the coordination between operations teams, sales representatives, vendors, and buyers.
- Managing vendor enquiries relating to asset valuations, listings, and sales progress.
- Responding to buyer enquiries regarding asset condition, specifications, pricing, and sale information.




- Maintaining accurate customer records and interaction notes within CRM systems.
- Assisting with off-site inspections, customer visits, and auction events as required.

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role, you will bring the following required skills and experience:

Required skills and experience

- Strong customer service experience, with the ability to communicate professionally face-to-face, over the phone, and by email.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and willingness to support across sales, operations, and customer service activities.
- Confidence building positive working relationships with customers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
- A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
- Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions, as required.

Highly regarded skills and experience

- Exposure to trucks, heavy vehicles, machinery, construction equipment, agricultural equipment, or industrial assets.
- Previous experience in sales coordination, administration, customer service,



operations support, logistics, auction, transport, fleet, or asset management.
- Experience operating machinery or equipment.
- A current Forklift Licence.
- Experience using CRM, inventory management, or asset management systems.
