We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Registered Nurse to join our friendly and supportive GP clinic on a part-time basis.
This role is ideal for a nurse with previous general practice experience, who is confident working alongside GPs and providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
The Role
You will work closely with our doctors and practice team and be involved in a broad range of general practice nursing duties, including:
- Immunisations and vaccinations
- Wound care and dressings
- Health assessments and preventive health care
- Chronic disease management
- Care plans and health reviews
- Assisting doctors with procedures
- Patient education and health promotion
- Infection control and clinical room management
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
- Providing compassionate, professional patient care
About You
The successful applicant will:
- Be a Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
- Have solid previous experience working in a GP/general practice setting
- Be confident working independently within a busy practice
- Have excellent clinical, communication and organisational skills
- Be friendly, professional and compassionate
- Work well as part of a close-knit team
- Have a strong commitment to quality patient care
- Be available to work Monday, Wednesday and Friday
