We are seeking a Reliable, Passionate, Enthusiastic Full time Property Manager to join our team. If you have a passion for Property Management and are looking for a long-term career then this is the position for you.

Support & Assistance

- Assistance and support from approachable management including Head of Department Manager & HR Manager

- Ongoing training & support and use of established systems, a cohesive friendly work environment.

- Great IT Services including in house IT Support, Property Tree, Inspection Express, Maintenance Plus and more.

- Large secure company with a stable & respected history.

- Full out of office trust accounting support

Skills & Experience





- Experienced Property Manager required or opportunity for training for a less experienced Property Manager

- Current Agents Representative Certificate or Real Estate License required

- Current Driver’s License

- Excellent customer service, time management, communication & computer skills plus a great attitude to learning & improvement

Tasks

- Day to Day portfolio management

- Leasing, processing applications

- Appraisals & new property listing

- Arrears

- Maintenance & Compliance

- Inspections (Ingoing, Routine & Outgoing)

- Business development and growth of rent roll

Salary to be negotiated depending on experience. Position includes a car and phone as part of the salary.
