We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Full-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing College.

About the Role

Reporting to the College’s Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator supports the College’s marketing activities, with a strong focus on graphic design and event photography. The role maintains consistent College branding, captures key events, coordinates eight digital editions of ICOM Insider each year, and contributes to video production and event support.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic design

- Create print and digital materials for College communications and events.

- Develop age-appropriate designs for students aged 5–12 and 13–18.

- Prepare artwork accurately for print and digital use.

- Apply the College’s visual identity and Islamic considerations to all designs.

Event photography

- Photograph College events to a high technical and creative standard.

- Capture natural, positive and engaging images of students and events.

- Select and prepare images for College communications and promotional purposes.

- Coordinate group photographs and adapt techniques to changing conditions.

- Follow College guidance when photographing students, staff and activities.

College Newsletter

- Coordinate eight digital editions of ICOM Insider each year using the Naavi platform.

- Collect,



organise and proofread approved content.

Event support

- Assist the Event Management team with event preparation and delivery as required.

- Complete assigned event duties alongside core responsibilities.

Workflow and accountability

- Follow Marketing procedures, work requests and approval processes.

- Manage files and digital assets appropriately.

- Meet deadlines, follow College priorities and respond positively to feedback.

What We’re Looking For

- Relevant tertiary qualification in graphic design and/or photography.

- Demonstrated skills in graphic design and digital photography.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and Premiere.

- Strong understanding of design principles, photography and visual storytelling.

- Confident digital camera operation in manual or semi-manual modes.

- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.

- Ability to follow briefs, meet deadlines and work independently and collaboratively.

- Valid Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain one.

- Availability to attend assigned College events outside normal working hours when required.

Applicants must have a solid foundation in graphic design and digital photography, as these core skills are essential.

Mandatory folio

Applicants must provide a folio containing examples of both graphic design and photography work.

The folio should demonstrate sound design fundamentals, composition, exposure, focus and lighting. It does not need to be extensive but must demonstrate technical ability.

Applications without examples of both graphic design and photography may not be considered.

Training

On-the-job training may be provided for College equipment and internal processes, including guidance on the Islamic considerations relevant to College marketing, photography and video.
