About the Position

We are seeking dynamic and experienced Home Loan Support Professionals to join our rapidly growing broker-introduced business. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering exceptional support across the home loan application process, helping us provide outstanding experiences for both brokers and their clients.

As a Broker Associate, you will be integral to the end-to-end home loan journey, supporting brokers through each stage of the application process. This includes managing a high volume of inbound enquiries and proactively making outbound calls to ensure timely, accurate, and efficient service.

This team operates under a hybrid working arrangement, combining time in our Brisbane CBD office with the flexibility of working from home. All initial training is conducted in office, to ensure you have access to the support, resources and guidance needed to succeed from day one.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

- Provide prompt and accurate responses throughout the home loan application process whilst managing high call volumes;

- Manage a pipeline of home loan applications simultaneously;

- Liaise directly with varying parties to obtain applicable information, documentation or clarification as required;

- Deliver exceptional loan application support and service and pro-actively manage escalations, ensuring all relevant parties are across any potential issues which require action and/or resolution;

- Meet all SLA's and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.

About You

This role is ideal for driven and experienced professionals with a background in home lending,



along with a proven track record in fast-paced sales support and service environments.

- Ideally a minimum of 2 years experience in a fast paced and high-volume home lending environment;

- Solid understanding of mortgage deals, credit principles and loan application documentation;

- Strong problem solving abilities to ensure quick workable solutions throughout the process;

- Attention to detail with a focused approach and driven work ethic; and Continually maintain exceptional levels of support and service delivery.
