Ramcorp are a privately owned civil construction and underground mining company supplying various related equipment and labour services throughout the country.

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable HC Truck Driver to join our team in Northern Tasmania, operating a Kenworth truck and trailer for the cartage of materials.

This fulltime role will involve the safe and efficient cartage of materials throughout Northern Tasmania. We are looking for an experienced driver who is confident operating a truck and trailer combination, takes pride in their equipment and has a solid focus on safety and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate a Kenworth truck and trailer for material cartage

- Transport and deliver materials safely and efficiently

- Complete daily pre-start inspections and vehicle checks

- Ensure loads are transported safely and in accordance with requirements

- Maintain the truck and trailer in a clean and serviceable condition

- Communicate effectively with supervisors, operators and site personnel

- Follow fatigue management, road transport and site safety requirements





- Complete relevant transport documentation as required

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current HC Driver Licence - essential

- Previous truck and trailer driving experience

- Material cartage experience highly regarded

- Experience within civil construction, quarrying or similar environments advantageous

- Construction White Card

- Strong understanding of heavy vehicle and road safety requirements

- A reliable, punctual and safety-focused attitude

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Ability to complete any required pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
