As part of our 2027 growth plan, we are excited to open applications for our Apprentice Boilermaker/Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication) intake, commencing December 2026.

About the Apprenticeship





This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in structural fabrication, welding, and heavy engineering within a leading national fabrication facility.

You will learn from industry experts, work on major commercial and infrastructure projects, and build a strong foundation for a long-term career in engineering and fabrication.

What You’ll Learn

- Structural steel and heavy plate fabrication and welding

- Reading and interpreting shop drawings

- Preparing and cleaning metal surfaces

- Fabrication techniques including flame cutting, thermal cutting, gouging, bevelling and grinding

- Gain qualification in welding to ISO9606-1

- Working to Australian Standards within a safety-first workplace
