About the Role

EMS is seeking two experienced, trade-qualified Crane Technicians to join our growing maintenance team—one based in Kalgoorlie and one in Tom Price.
Working on a 2:1 roster, you will complete scheduled servicing, inspections, diagnostics and repairs across a fleet of mobile cranes. You will also manage maintenance backlogs and identify faults before they lead to equipment breakdowns.
Experience working with mobile crane brands such as Tadano, Grove, Liebherr, Franna, Terex, Demag, Manitowoc, Kato, Kobelco, XCMG, Zoomlion or SANY will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities

- Complete scheduled servicing and inspections on mobile cranes
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out repairs
- Attend to maintenance backlogs and preventative maintenance tasks
- Identify potential issues before they result in breakdowns
- Maintain accurate service and inspection records
- Complete all work safely and to a high standard

What We're Looking For

- Australian-recognised mechanical trade qualification
- Previous mobile crane maintenance experience
- Experience with servicing, inspections, diagnostics and repairs
- Strong fault-finding and mechanical diagnostic skills
- Proactive and thorough approach to preventative maintenance
- Strong attention to detail
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team
