WARNING: We are not your normal fabrication workshop.

At Traction Studio, we're the makers and fabricators behind some of the most eye-catching brand activations, pop-up experiences and events you'll have seen. We give brands and agencies with no construction experience the guidance, the process and the craftspeople to bring their ideas to life, without the guesswork. They bring the ideas and we make it happen.

Since our launch in 2010, we have built over a thousand exciting and innovative projects for many of the world's biggest brands. But we are not stopping there. We're on a robust growth trajectory and we have our sights set on even bigger goals.

Due to our continuing expansion, we now have the opportunity to bring on an experienced Shopfitter, who will take custom structures from drawings through to install and removal.

About You

You can read and interpret plans, drawings, reference images and cutting lists, and you understand what "right" looks like before you pick up a tool.

You've got hands on experience working with timber, steel, aluminium, acrylics and foams, and you know how to get the best out of each material.

You're confident on plant machinery and hand tools, including tablesaws, drop saws and CNC equipment.

You take pride in working to precise measurements and getting the finer details right.

You've led or supported a small team before, and you know how to keep a group of up to around five people moving on a project, on time and to standard.
