This chance is designed for someone ready to move into strata management without being overloaded from day one. You’ll start with a manageable portfolio, work alongside experienced professionals and gradually take on more as your confidence and capability grow.

Whether you’re currently working as an Assistant Strata Manager or already managing a small portfolio, you’ll have the training, guidance and exposure needed to keep progressing.

The role

With support from the wider team, you’ll be responsible for:

- Managing the day-to-day requirements of your portfolio

- Building strong relationships with committees and owners

- Preparing for and chairing meetings

- Coordinating maintenance and following up contractors

- Assisting with budgets and financial matters

- Providing practical advice and clear communication

- Keeping records, correspondence and workflows organised

- Developing your knowledge of Queensland body corporate legislation

Your portfolio will begin at a manageable level, with the scope to take on more as you become comfortable in the role.

About you

You may be ready to progress from an assistant or support position,



or you may already have some experience managing a smaller portfolio.

You’ll be:

- Organised and able to manage competing priorities

- Confident communicating with a range of personalities

- Professional, approachable and willing to learn

- Comfortable asking questions and receiving guidance

- Interested in building a long-term career in strata

You won’t be expected to know everything from the outset. What matters is that you have a good foundation, take ownership of your work and are motivated to keep developing.
