About the role

We are seeking a full-time, on-site General Practitioner to join our team in the Greater Sydney Area. In this role, you will provide advanced clinical care to a dedicated patient base with a wide range of healthcare needs. You will work in close, integrated collaboration with other GPs, physiotherapists, nurses, and other allied health professionals. Your daily responsibilities will span comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct detailed musculoskeletal examinations, formulate clear diagnoses, and implement evidence-based treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X-rays, MRIs, CTs) and pathology, and manage complex medication regimens within general practice scope
- Act as a core link between GPs, physiotherapists, and Nursing teams to ensure seamless and complete patient care
- Educate patients and their families on long-term treatment plans, and proactive self-management
- Maintain immaculate electronic medical records and actively participate in clinical audits and service quality improvement initiatives

About you

- Current, unrestricted Specialist Registration as a General Practitioner with AHPRA
- FRACGP, FACRRM, or equivalent international qualification recognized in Australia
- Demonstrated experience or advanced postgraduate training in General Practice
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume,



fast-paced caseload independently while adhering to rigorous safety standards
- Exceptional interpersonal skills to build trust with patients and communicate effectively across a diverse multidisciplinary network
- High proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) and standard clinical software (e.g., Best Practice, MedicalDirector)
