We are seeking an experienced and relationship-focused Corporate Partnerships Advisor to join our Philanthropy team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic business development and relationship management professional to lead a portfolio of high-value corporate partnerships that generate significant revenue and meaningful community impact. Reporting to the Head of Philanthropy, you will work closely with senior leaders, Program Directors and corporate stakeholders to create compelling partnership opportunities, secure major investments and deliver exceptional engagement experiences that demonstrate the impact of partner support.

As our Corporate Partnerships Advisor, you will:

- Build, manage and grow a portfolio of strategic corporate partnerships.
- Secure new partnership, sponsorship and funding opportunities.
- Develop compelling proposals and negotiate high-value partnership agreements.
- Build trusted relationships with corporate executives and key stakeholders.
- Deliver impactful stewardship, reporting and engagement experiences.
- Collaborate with teams across the organisation to connect partners with meaningful outcomes.
- Lead partnership events, activations and networking opportunities.
- Grow long-term partnerships that deliver sustainable impact for the communities we serve.

About You





You are an experienced relationship builder with a successful track record in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, business development, fundraising or strategic account management. You thrive on developing trusted relationships, securing new opportunities and creating mutually beneficial partnerships.

You'll bring:

- Experience managing corporate partnerships, sponsorships, major accounts or business development portfolios.
- A track record of securing new opportunities and growing strategic relationships.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior decision-makers.
- The ability to develop compelling proposals, presentations and partnership communications.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the not-for-profit, philanthropy, community services or corporate social responsibility sector will be highly regarded.
