About the Role
We’re looking for a Compliance Manager to join our National Team in Sydney. The successful candidate will be joining a very passionate team, dedicated to putting happiness first for people living with a disability.
Role Responsibilities
- Ensure quality and compliance activities for the NDIS Practice Standards and What Ability Policy and Procedures are upheld and maintained.
- Lead and manage compliance and quality improvement system activities and meetings.
- Seek out opportunities for relationships with other like-minded organisations.
- Monitor all compliance elements and ensure executions fit within What Ability Pillars.
- Manage the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on authorised and interim regulated restrictive practices.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols.
- Work closely with the CEO and marketing team to ensure all privacy and confidentiality requirements are adhered to on all social media platforms.
Key Skills and Attributes
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Beneficial if you have a deep understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in the disability sector.
