Our client, a Federal Government statutory agency based in Brisbane CBD, requires the services of a Release Train Engineer for a 9 + 12 month contract.

Duties of the Release Train Engineer:

- Support the delivery of a complex, large-scale transformation program.
- Orchestration across policy, legislation, regulatory reform, business transformation and technology delivery.
- Promote alignment, transparency and flow across multiple workstreams and releases.
- Ensure business design and delivery outcomes are translated into operational and digital capabilities that support legislative and regulatory objectives.
- Manage dependencies, facilitate planning and decision-making, and maintain compliance, governance and stakeholder confidence throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Skills and Experience - Release Train Engineer:

- Demonstrated experience (7+ years) leading large-scale government transformation programs.
- Extensive experience operating in Secure or comparable scaled agile delivery environments.
- Proven experience in Business Design and Systems Implementation




- Experience working within highly regulated government environments, including government governance and assurance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities at executive and senior executive levels.
- Experience facilitating Program Increment Planning and large-scale planning events.
- Demonstrated understanding of program and portfolio management disciplines.
