Clever Cubs is seeking a Centre Director to lead our brand-new early learning centre!

(Please note that a Early Childhood Education and Care qualification and previous experience are essential.)

About the role

Also acting as Nominated Supervisor, you'll take full ownership of the centre's performance, culture, and quality of service from pre-opening through to launch.

Key responsibilities include:

- partnering with owners and the Operations Manager to establish the centre in Casula

- leading and developing a high-performing early childhood team

- establishing a positive culture built around fun, integrity, and continuous improvement

- ensuring children receive high-quality education and care in an inspiring environment

- maintaining strong compliance with the National Quality Framework

- driving the Quality Improvement Plan and supporting educational practice

- managing staffing, occupancy, budgets, and operations.

What we're looking for





- Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA equivalent essential

- Proven Centre Director/Nominated Supervisor experience essential

- Experience leading a medium-to-large early learning service

- Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead, develop, and retain teams

- Solid understanding of the National Quality Framework, NQS, and EYLF

- Current Working with Children Check

- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis qualifications
