About the role

360 Personnel is seeking experienced Formworkers and Concrete Labourers for ongoing commercial and civil construction projects in and around Bringelly. We are looking for reliable workers who can hit the ground running and have solid experience with formwork, concrete works, and general construction duties.

Key responsibilities

- Formwork installation and stripping

- Concrete placement, repairs, and remediation works

- Concrete cutting, drilling, and breakout works

- Operating hand and power tools safely

- Reading and interpreting plans and drawings

- General labouring and site maintenance duties

About you

- Minimum 6-12 months experience in formwork and/or concrete construction

- White Card

- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

- Experience using power tools and construction equipment

- Full PPE and reliable transport

- Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to site safety
