We are working towards winning high end architectural renovations and are currently in the process of obtaining Passivhaus Tradesperson Certification. The Role

You’ll be hands‑on across all aspects of small residential extensions, renovations and some maintenance works, including:

- Completing all aspects of Carpentry from site setup, minor formwork, framing (stick), lock up/cladding, fix/finish work, decking, stairs and chipping in with all other aspects of building like concreting and structural steel

- Some work will be completed on site on your own

- Direct communication with Clients

- Complete take-offs when needed





- Learning the full process of small‑scale residential building

- Working in with other subcontractors on site

- All works within 15km of Brisbane City

Who We’re Looking For

- A young, confident, skillful carpenter with ambition to become a builder or supervisor

- Someone energetic, reliable, and keen to learn

- An interest in upping the standards of the construction industry and possible interest in Passivhaus

- Someone who takes pride in doing things properly

- Must have Cert III in Carpentry, full range of tools, reliable ute, white card, drivers licence

- Ability to read and understand plans and specifications
