About the role

This is a hands-on role involving all areas of the business. You will be involved in customer service, booking systems, EFTPOS/cash transactions, customer safety, day-to-day operations, cleaning and presentation, while working alongside managers, senior and junior staff.

Key responsibilities

- Front counter sales and customer service

- Booking systems management

- EFTPOS/cash transactions

- Assisting with customer safety

- Day-to-day operations

- Cleaning and presentation

- Working in a busy, quick-paced environment, especially school Holidays and weekends.

About you

- Experience in customer service, booking systems and EFTPOS/cash transactions

- Confidence to work in a busy, fast-paced environment

- Great communicator

- Enjoy working with people

- Hands-on approach

- Current First Aid/CPR certificate preferred
