We’re growing – and have multiple positions available for passionate, client-focused Client Service Managers to join our Advice team in either our Collins St or St Kilda Road offices.

As a Client Services Manager, you'll work closely with advisers and clients to deliver a seamless advice experience from start to finish. You'll be a trusted point of contact, ensuring client needs are met, processes are managed efficiently, and service excellence is maintained every step of the way.

About the Role

As a valued member of our Client Services team, you’ll work closely with Advisers and Associate Advisers, supporting a diverse client base and playing a key role in delivering high-quality financial advice outcomes.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Implementing advice strategies across a range of platforms
- Supporting Advisers and Associate Advisers with review preparation
- Managing and prioritising tasks, including investment implementation and holistic advice delivery
- Maintaining accurate and compliant client records
- Collaborating closely with the broader team to deliver exceptional client experiences and support business growth
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development across the client services team
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, service delivery and adviser capacity

This is a hands-on, varied role that offers strong exposure across advice,



strategy and client engagement.

About You

To thrive in this role, you will bring:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in client services within advice administration, wealth management or financial services
- Hands-on experience with Xplan
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, open-plan setting
- Experience with SMSF clients (highly regarded)
- A relevant financial planning qualification (desirable but not essential)
