HR Driver | Flat-Top | $40.75p/h | Batemans Bay NSW

We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-focused HR Driver to join our team in Batemans Bay, NSW. This role involves delivering LPG gas cylinders, so we're looking for someone confident with manual handling and committed to protected work practices.

What's on Offer

- $40.75 per hour
- Monday to Friday roster - up to 38 hours per week
- Overtime available - penalty rates apply
- Early morning starts
- Immediate start available
- Full training provided
- Local work - home every night

About the Role

- Deliver LPG gas cylinders to residential and commercial customers
- Load and unload cylinders safely - manual handling required
- Operate a flat-top truck (4.5t-8t) across local routes
- Use a forklift to assist with loading and unloading duties where required
- Ensure all deliveries are completed accurately and on time




- Provide a high level of customer service on site
- Complete delivery paperwork and use handheld devices
- Follow all safety procedures and compliance requirements

Requirements

- Current and valid HR Licence
- Current and valid Forklift Licence
- Minimum 2 years' experience driving trucks
- Physically fit and able to handle repetitive lifting
- Clean driving history report
- Current National Police Check, or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass a full medical, including drug and alcohol screening
- Ability to provide two professional references
- Strong safety mindset and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
