Our team are growing and we are now looking for a full time Client Services Executive to join our Perth based boutique office. This pivotal role will become the face of our consultancy - warm, polished and confident dealing with senior clients from across the energy and mining sectors. This will suit someone who knows how to read a room, builds relationships naturally and creates a high-quality internal and external stakeholder experiences.
The Role:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between management, internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
- Coordinate all aspects of team travel, including detailed itineraries, flight bookings, and accommodations
- Plan and execute high-level corporate events, meetings, and client functions
- Anticipate the needs of leaders, proactively addressing issues and providing timely solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to provide high quality customer service and optimise collaboration
- Management and facilitation of all IT matters for Perth office
- Assist in maintaining LinkedIn/Social Media & website presence to promote capability and ResourcesWA presence
- General office housekeeping such as arranging meeting rooms and ordering consumables
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling high-priority meetings and events
- Prepare and organise materials for meetings, presentations, and reports.
Requirements:
- 5 + years high end customer service or administration experience. Exposure to luxury retail, five-star hotels, premium airline lounges, private banking/wealth management, high-end property and corporate hospitality backgrounds are highly regarded
- Exceptional organisational, time management, and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Intermediate or above skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint software
- High level written and verbal communications skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
- Robust attention to detail and focus on quality
- Bachelor's degree in business or marketing - highly regarded
