The Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diploma-qualified Educator to join our team in an Inclusion Support Services (ISS) capacity. This role is ideal for an educator who is dedicated to supporting children with additional needs, working alongside families, colleagues, and external providers to ensure every child is included and thriving.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide tailored support to children with additional needs within the room, in line with individual support plans
- Work collaboratively with educators, families, and external inclusion support agencies




- Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to support each child's participation and inclusion
- Observe, document, and contribute to individual learning and support plans
- Foster a protected, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for all children
- Support the implementation of curriculum aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Build genuine, trusting relationships with children, families, and the wider team

Skills and Qualifications

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Experience or genuine interest in supporting children with additional needs
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid certification
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and inclusive practice principles
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and external providers
- Genuine passion for inclusive early childhood education
