Job Description
Thomas Frost Executive is seeking a Director or Associate Director to join a rapidly growing real estate private credit investment manager.
The role is hands-on, central to the business, covering portfolio management, fund operations and investor engagement across the firm's real estate credit funds, working closely with a small team of associates.
You will manage portfolios, oversee NAVs and capital stack, lead updates and DDQs, and play a key role in capital raising and investor relationships
